Treasurer's Report

At the Vestry meeting on January 21, 2018 I reported pledge income of $126,486.18 for 2017. The budgeted pledge income was $134,000.00. Our total income was $306,250.77. Our budgeted income was $266,500.00. Our total expenses were $314,034.18. Our deficit for the year was $7,783.41. Our budgeted deficit was $16,619.58. I also reported on our capital projects in 2017. The Annual Report will contain an itemization of what was spent for each of these projects. For 2018, we will complete our renovation of the St. Peter's Parish Hall. This will provide us with additional rental income that will allow us to balance our budget and to invest any surplus income. I will be available at the Annual Meeting on February 11, 2018 to answer any questions regarding Trinity+St. Peter's finances. I am also preparing 2017 tax letters.
